Delightful

To the editor:

Please pass my compliments to Sandra Dinsmore for the delightful article "Duffy and Duffy" in the 2008 March issue of Working Waterfront. It broadcast the spirit of Richard and Riley. Importantly, it highlighted the problem solving skills that engineers call, reverently, "The Knack"  -  where you carefully avoid producing "art" and just try to do your best (if you're lucky, the result is art).
